Welcome to our Year Six home learning page. 

I expect the children to focus on three main areas with their home learning.

  • The children should read at least three times a week. Please record their reading on the form sent out to you.
  • Get your children to practise their times tables recall using Times Tables Rock Stars site
  • Your children need to practise their spellings at home. These are listed in the home school books. The Spellzone website will also help them

I will hold a meeting in the spring term giving you specific advice for preparing your child for the SATs assessments in the summer. This session will include links to websites and an opportunity to purchase resources specifically designed to support your children as well advice on how to look after your child’s wellbeing during this important year.
